Mr. Robert Wilson grew up on the streets of Baltimore City. After attending grade school and high school, he attended and graduated from Coppin State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Science with a minor in Psychology.
Mr. Wilson is a business man who owned and managed a variety of businesses for a period of 12 years. In addition, he was a counselor for at-risk juveniles. He was incarcerated and became a returned citizen and today his mission is to help others from going down the same path that he experienced in the prison system. Also, Mr. Wilson participated and completed an abundance of certification programs and workshops. In addition, he studied civil and criminal law. He also completed a conflict-resolution and breaking barriers course.
Today, Mr. Wilson is the Founder and Executive Director of the new upcoming Super Solution Program.
Ms. Tishawn Marie Proctor

Over 10 years ago, Ms. Tishawn Marie embarked on a Personal & Business Development Coaching journey receiving training in several courses along with the required hours in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Training Program with completing her entire training as an Honors Graduate. She earned her Master Certified Coach and Accredited Coach Trainer Certifications while maintaining the operations of her own Public Relations Boutique Firm she still operates today.

Tishawn Marie was raised in Germantown, Maryland. She’s currently in the process of earning her degree in Paralegal Studies. In hopes of shedding light with such topics that are kept hidden behind closed doors and deep inside the inner soul of victims, she's currently writing a Trilogy called, “Faith Series,” focusing on the Battered Women’s Syndrome and Rape Trauma Syndrome. It’s about her life with a fictional twist. Tishawn Marie is a “Single Mother Survivor” of 3 young boys, ages 7, 10, and 11.
Most honorably, Ms. Tishawn Marie Proctor is the Assistant Executive Director of the new upcoming Super Solution Program.
